3. Independent Contractors

Contractors are not employees of LGC

LGC facilitates scheduling and communication but does not control how contractors perform their work

4. Payments & Fees

Pricing is provided before service confirmation

Payment terms are communicated during booking

Additional services or extended time may result in additional charges with approval

5. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes should be communicated as soon as possible

Late cancellations may result in fees

Failure to provide access to the property may result in a charge

6. Satisfaction & Limitations

Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the space

LGC does not guarantee the removal of all stains, damage, or wear

Claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service

7. Liability

LGC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Items not disclosed or secured

Issues beyond reasonable control

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or services

Provide false information

Harass contractors or staff

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
